Vermilion City: 1. Empty sign @ 2. None of the 4 houses on the east side of the city have NPCs. IMO, empty houses look really bad. Surely you can think of something witty to put in there, even if it's only for the time being until y'all come up with a better idea. S.S. Anne: 1. The formula used for healing Pokemon in your room is incorrect. Based on this information, this service should cost $3,000 to heal a complete party of 6 Pokemon. The number in the current formula is the total Pokemon you have in your party PLUS all of your Pokemon in the PC (the $7,500 is correct for my 6 party Pokemon + 9 boxed Pokemon). If you did intend for it to heal PC Pokemon, don't you think that's a little farfetch'd? hue hue

The following signs are empty: Also, I've always wondered why the Mega Kick TM is placed on Route 4 within a few steps of the Mega Kick Move Tutor since the Move Tutor is dependent upon choosing Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan. Maybe change the TM to a different one, or change it to an item instead? If Mega Punch is available on the ground somewhere else, then just ignore this. :D I was just curious, but it's not a bug by any means.

This guy: This is the NPC that explains the ways in which each badge affects the player. My only real complaint with him is that it's such a longggggg conversation. If the player was able to choose which badge to learn about via a list, then maybe it wouldn't bother me so much. ;)

+1 for Engineer's suggestion. Great way to introduce a held item (whatever you decide), and it ties the Abandoned Pokemon into the storyline. Love it.

Sometimes it takes a little while to upload the new client. Don't worry guys. I don't want to speak for the staff, but in similar situations from the past, the d/l link is available shortly after they upload it. Just sit tight and wait it out. Make sure to look at the FAQs before making posts like this in the future.

Currently I'm enjoying the playtesting and meeting all the new members of the community. I haven't had a whole lot of spare time lately, but I try to help whenever I can because the potential of this game is unreal.

Made the loop starting in Violet City and back (through Azalea, Goldenrod, & I even swung by Ecruteak) today looking for SIGNS without any content and anything else awry. Here's what I found: I noticed a few Routes without OW Pokemon, but I think they're gradually being added in a linear progression so I won't list them here (other than Union Cave). Azalea Town 1. Gym sign with nothing on it. 2. Sign with nothing. 3. This house doesn't have any NPCs. 4. I've posted this before, but you still can't interact with Treecko. Ecruteak City 1. Can't interact with Treecko. 2. This house doesn't have any NPCs. 3. This house doesn't have any NPCs. Ilex Forest 1. Sign with nothing on it. National Park 1. Sign with nothing on it. 2. I'm not reporting grammatical errors anymore, but this is just wrong. Either delete the first pokemon, or you could even put commas around your pokemon to form an appositive. (andmaybecapitalizepokemon) :Innocent: Route 32 1. Sign with nothing on it. 2. Sign with nothing on it. Route 34 1. Sign with nothing on it. 2. Sign with nothing on it. 3. Sign with nothing on it. Route 36 1. Sign with nothing on it. 2. Sign with nothing on it. ALSO, incorrect tiles by the Stop House. Maybe pass that on to the mapping team? I don't wanna post the same pic there too... Route 37 1. Sign with nothing on it. Ruins of Alph 1. Two signs without content and a door that you cannot enter. 2. This ladder doesn't transport the player. If this room is really a puzzle, then the joke is on me. :3 3. Sign with nothing. 4. Sign with nothing. 5. Sign with nothing. Union Cave 1. No overworld Pokemon. (At least without having HM-03) Violet City 1. Smooth Rock vs. Hard Stone. In HG/SS, you receive the Hard Stone from an NPC on Route 36. In PRO, you receive the Smooth Rock from the d00d by the Pokemon Center if you have a Geodude. Did you intentionally change the two? I'm just wondering because the Hard Stone makes more sense to help with the Gym battle. Hope this helps.

You can't interact with the Treecko.

That's probably it. I just found it weird that I tried twice with bellsprout in the first position, then right after I moved him to second, it worked. :)

This might not be a bug, but I'll report it anyways. Last night I tried to trade Bellsprout for Onix in Violet City, but I kept receiving a "you are not allowed to trade this pokemon right now" message. I'm not sure if that was the exact text, but something similar. Bellsprout was in the first position of my team, but when I changed it to the 2nd position, it allowed me to make the trade.

I'm excited to see what the game map looks like. :D Even a zoomed out screen shot of the individual map would be awesome.

Abandoned Pokémon are simply Pokémon that you can pick up for free by finding blue Pokéballs in the overworld. The idea is that they were "abandoned" by their original trainer and left there for anyone to have.

:xiagree: Engineer nailed it on the head. As soon as these things are implemented, Bulbapedia will generate a lot less traffic from me.

Take a look at Golbat's sprite sheet. When you move to the right with Golbat following you, a few pixels are accidentally added in the wrong spot.

No offense, but I disagree with all of your points. It's my understanding that this game isn't being created for "no lifers." It's also my understanding that this game isn't being created for paying members. 1. As everyone else has already pointed out, nobody wants to spend months to level a Pokemon to 100. That's ridiculous. If anything, I think the leveling in this game takes a LOT longer in the beginning because of the lower level wild Pokemon compared to the trainers you face when starting out. 2&3. I don't have any problem with finding random items in the overworld. In fact, it's actually a great idea. Everyone gets certain items for free, and the staff members certainly haven't gone overboard with it.
