Hey there, Minos99. As you can see from this post, Houndoor falls in the 4th tier of Pokemon which means that it is difficult to find. Make sure that you're searching Route 36 at night time (20:00-4:00). It won't spawn there during any other time.

Hey there, KingZeref. Sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the farming aspect of PRO. Are you sure that the Horsea and Seadra on the maps that you're hunting them on hold the Dragon Scale? After you're sure that you're on a proper map, I'd recommend using a Pokemon that knows Covet or Thief instead of catching them. This way you'll know immediately whether or not you've received the item. You can also try to buy the item in the trade chat if you don't want to hunt for it.

Kuvishuby is correct. You get the SquirtBottle from one of the NPCs inside of the Flower Shop at the top right hand corner of Goldenrod City. (To the right of the gym)

**Topic split from a separate post** Whenever you get the message: "Your PRO Version is out of date," you need to download the latest client from the Downloads page. Also, please don't ask random questions on other players' threads in the future. Thank you. :)
