  2. Hey there, MrsMartini. Sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, nothing can be done with this case. PRO is a fan-made game and server-related issues happen a lot more often than we want them to. The problem with resolving individual cases like this is that since the server crashed, there isn't any record of your battles ever occurring. Server stability is very important to PRO, and we hope to provide a more stable experience in the future. Again, sorry to hear that this happened to you. Good luck in the future!

  5. Hey there, CyberOne. No worries; this is an easy fix! "IF YOUR KEYBOARD DOESN'T SHOW UP: Try installing another another and disabling/uninstalling the old one. This usually fixes it. I highly recommend Google Keyboard. Those that don't consume too much RAM memory are the best." Please checkout Marcy's Guide if you ever encounter any other Android-related issues in the future.

  7. The Rocket Grunt cooldowns in Mt. Silver are only a couple of hours (3 or 4). Try again whenever you're up for it, and let me know if it works. Cheers. :)

  9. Hello, H4xooR. I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but we will not be able to assist you with this. While I don't have any reason to believe that you're not telling the truth, assisting players with individual cases such as yours could potentially open a Pandora's box of problems in the future. As other players have mentioned in this thread, feel free to allow your friend to finish the Johto storyline for you, if you trust him, so that he is able to get his Pokemon back. I hope everything settles down at work for you and you're allowed more free time in the future. Good luck.
  10. Hello, tigertoe. I don't believe I've seen this issue before. Please take a screenshot of your Pokedex showing that you don't have caught data of a Pokemon that is currently in your party.
  11. Hello, DeerRekt. Sorry to hear that you're still having this issue. I had written a response, then went back and edited it (removed my response) after discussing the issue with the staff. We thought that we had fixed all of these spawn issues, but I guess not. This matter will be looked into again. Please be patient.

  13. Hey there, Alex2594. Sorry to hear about this issue, but as others have mentioned, this is not a bug. What you experienced was a server bandwidth issue which can occur from time to time causing players to get stuck when they talk with NPCs. If you notice this happening and you have to relog more than once, then I would avoid NPCs, especially important ones, until the server is rebooted.
  14. Quoted for visibility, and moved to proper forum. Pokemon that evolve by stones are extremely limited in the moves that it can learn. As Cornix pointed out, you'll need to learn Hex through the Egg Move Tutor. In the future, I'd recommend planning ahead and learning the moves you want for the Pokemon before evolving it. Good luck.
  15. Hey there, Jokerhax. I'm really sorry to hear about this issue. Even with the included screenshot, we will not be able to reset this NPC. I know this isn't the answer that you're looking for, but please remember that this is a fan-made game, crashes do occur, and progress may be lost during cases such as this.   16. Hey there, PapaSquat816... Don't worry. You'll be able to evolve your Eevee. :) First, make sure that your Eevee does, in fact, have full happiness. Use the /happy 1-6 command in the in-game chat. If your Eevee has 255 happiness, then you've met this pre-requisite. Something that is often overlooked when doing day/night evolutions is the time. Time-related evolutions follow a different time schedule than spawns. Spawns: Morning (4:00-10:00); Day (10:00-20:00); Night (20:00-4:00) Evolutions: Day evolutions are from 8:00-18:00 and Night evolutions are 18:00-8:00. You will need to try to evolve Eevee during THIS nighttime period. Good luck!

  18. this is correct, the numbers next to the bar show the HP of said pokemon, when you use /happy # [replace # with the position of the pokemon in your party] you will get its happiness value Quoted for visibility. Don't worry. As soon as you reach the required happiness, dig and headbutt will work. Good luck.

  23. Substitute hasn't been coded yet to work in PRO. There's an NPC in Fuchsia City who asks if you want to buy the TM for it, but it is currently unavailable, and he won't sell it to you.
