Very simply put: the only ways to get great Pokemon are to find them yourself through random encounters or trade for them, and it will always remain that way. No manufacturing Pokemon here. Have you defeated all 3 regions? Traveled to the Sevii Islands? Have you defeated all of the bosses? Take a look at the Game Guide section of the forums to see if there's content along the way that you missed.

If you've never been to Johto, then you must walk to get there the first time.

You will get the Pokeflute during the natural story progression after you complete the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town.

Hey there, TR3Y. The status condition "confusion" should function exactly as it does in the handheld games. You're simply encountering bad luck. Does that mean everyone encounters bad luck? I've had it too where I hit myself 8 times in a row and it's a common thing. Anyone whose Pokemon hits itself 8 times in a row is unlucky, yes. Hey there, defusey. What problem are you referring to? when you get deadlocked and cant login until a server restarts I see how that can be disappointing. Have you been able to log back on?

*Quoted for visibility* Trollrah is correct. Think of all 3 servers as a separate save state for your username. Your Red progress saves on Red, Blue on Blue, and Yellow on Yellow. Nothing transfers between the servers.
