  2. Hey there, Khoa. From the looks of it, you encountered a rollback. The server must've gone down and you lost progress. Unfortunately, nothing can be done to remedy this situation because the server never saved your progress. For more information about rollbacks, please read this post.

  4. Hey there, Dawnofsouls. Sorry to hear about your rollback. :( When the server crashes, there is a few minute delay before the home page recognizes it. Please don't create posts about the server status.

  6. Foxys is correct. You do not need waterfall to access Johto. Quoted for visibility.
  7. Unfortunately, Nathan is correct. Your account experienced a rollback when the server crashed which means that there isn't any record of you ever purchasing the dragon club membership. Without any sort of evidence or proof, nothing can be done to help you in this case. As Nathan mentioned, please make sure to log out of the game after you do anything important to force save your data. I know this can be annoying, but it's the safest way to prevent rollbacks from occurring. Good luck in the future.
  8. Hello, Pokeluiz. The correct version of the client is PRO94_3KK. Please download the most up-to-date version here. If you continue to experience issues, I'd recommend that you take a look at Marcy's How to PRO on Android guide. If you follow those steps and meet the device requirements, then you should be able to play.
  9. If you're going for the evolution data u need to evolve it. It doesnt count if u just catch the evolved pokemon. U get the pokemon ofc, but not the evo data. ofc? and i was looking at my pokedex and it says i have a charizard with the pokeball next to the name but i was traded it and then i traded it away. You have the "caught" data for Charizard. You only get credit for "evolved" data, if you evolved it into Charizard.
  10. Without a screenshot, I don't think there will be anything that we can do. As long as it's fixed now, I wouldn't worry too much about it. :)
  11. Thanks mate, I've actually been playing PRO for a month or two on and off but really got into it this last week. Just up to Ecruteak City in Johto now. Johto was always my favourite region. Well... at least you didn't pick one of the newer ones as your favorite. ;D
  12. Hey there, RegisGaming. I'm very confused. In order to activate the account in game, you would have had to sign into the email and activate it. I don't understand how/why you and your friend would have done this. The account will not be deleted, and the email will not be changed.
  13. Hey there, robbeprobro. I'm really sorry to hear about this issue, but there is nothing that can be done. What you encountered is what we call a rollback, and you can read more about them here. The reason that we cannot "restore the game state so that the game knows that I've been Lance" is because that data is lost. Also, VERY IMPORTANT... The "sync" button down at the bottom of the client does NOT save your progress. The only way to force a save in this game is to LOG OUT. Again, I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you. Good luck.

  16. To this day, the only shiny Pokemon I ever encountered in PRO was a Rattata while spawn testing for Kanto over a year ago. (That's thousands of hours in-game, by the way)
  17. #ninjad 1. When the game refers to "Kanto" or "Johto" Pokemon for the quests, it's referring to the Generation that they were introduced to the game. For example, Diglett is a first generation Pokemon, so it counts toward the "Kanto" Pokemon requirement. Hoothoot is a second generation Pokemon, so it counts toward the "Johto" requirement. The same goes for evolutions. 2. You do not need to keep it in your PC.

  20. My advice would be to wait for 10 minutes or so after you see the "logging in" and see if it lets you in the game. When the server is full, you are placed in a queue, but the queue doesn't always appear on your screen.

  24. thanks guys. also metal claw's always been a move charmander/charmeleon would haven learned at a low level so that confuses me. still appreciate it The last time Charmander learned Metal Claw was in Fire Red/Leaf Green.
