I wouldnt say Its bad, just unusual spread, I usually run 252 on HP and Special Defense as you can set up Curse and gain +Defense anyways. But I can see split Defenses doing wonders as well, I only use Snorlax for Boss fighting as I dont like to use it in PvP matches.

Hello [mention]Loathebest[/mention] , after you start Johto region all your Pokémon from Kanto will get locked in your PC boxes. They will unlock after obtaining 8th badge in Johto region and you can use your Kanto and Johto Pokémon against trainers of Elite Four. Hello [mention]zeck97[/mention] , Flygon first learns Dragon Dance in Generation 7 (Sun&Moon), since PRO is, as of now, up until Generation 6 (X&Y) you therefore cannot teach your Flygon the move Dragon Dance as it is simply not possible in this Generation. Yes, nature boosts by +10% green indicated Stat while decreasing by -10% red indicated Stat. You basically never want natures like Serious, Quirky, Hardy, Bashful and Docile, those dont boost anything are therefore the most useless ones. Eg.: Lapras really benefits from physical bulk and special attack therefore you wanna preferably wanna go Bold (+Defense, -Attack) or Modest (+Special Attack, -Attack). Hello [mention]Tamaris[/mention] , I would like to advise you that this Lapras is definitely not usable and worth your time EV training, If you are looking for a nice Lapras you should try looking a bit more for Bold or Modest nature one with Water Absorb Ability. For Bold natured Lapras you wanna go full Defense and HP EVs and for Modest natured one you would wanna go full Special Attack and HP EVs.
