This is a server side bug where the server already registers you logged in, but you aren't. The only way to fix this is waiting for a server reboot. This will free up your account so you can log back in. Shouldn't be to long! Just be patient :Shy:

Hey Leichan! This is a server side bug that is reoccurring. You must wait for a server reboot as the server still registers you online, even though you aren't. Sorry for the troubles. Hopefully you don't have to wait to long!

Unfourtunetly staff cannont refund your loss. Please read this before making a general support topic. To quote for visibility: "Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case."

You have to be patient, I'd assume staff are working hard to get them out. Should be soon hopefully :Shy:

Sorry I received the wrong info. I've rechecked and the top 10 guilds receive rewards. And the top 25 for players. Sorry!

There is no thread but the 1st place guild receives: And the top 10 in individual PVP earns rewards.

I recommend hunting for good Azumarills, Togekiss, and Blisseys. They can all make good money if they are PVP usable :Shy:

Hey JBrain. They will reseted sometime soon hopefully. As stated here. Staff are extremely understaffed right now. And working on new events, etc. They should be reset soon, but you just have to be patient.

There is no way they can reset your account. However you can play on another sever as you start completely over. Or make a new account since each registered email can hold 2 play accounts.
