Inkay's evolution is not in-game unfortunately.

Multiple people are having this issue right now unfortunately. I believe is an in-game bug currently. We'll have to wait for staff to look into it. Or give us more information sadly.

Well, a rule you should always live by is always screenshot pokemon you're trading to another player. This will give a little more security if your pokemon are lost, or taken. It'd be easier, and faster to regain them with screenshots present. Hope you get them back!

I recommend downloading the imgur mobile app. Uploading it there, than copying the forum share link.This will make it extremely easy to upload screenshots straight onto the forums. Make sure you copy the whole link!

You'd have to ask for the other player to make an appeal sadly. They cannot recover it from a banned account unfortunately.

That box shows the current utility moves currently used in the battle. In example spikes, stealth rocks... However you can see your pokemons stats by clicking on the right side of your screen in your party. But you cannot see your opponents stats.

Hello sarkis! This is a common issue, as its happened to many others as well. Make sure you're completing all the steps for celebi quest seen here. I believe you do, if you're talking about the encounter with Team Rocket near the Pewter city pokecenter. However I choose Charmander and I got it, and discord friends are saying they haven't..

Well if you go and read the staff post I linked. It states a tip that you should use always when leveling. "I will recommend evolution pokemon around level 97-98 for avoiding any unexpected issue." You can prevent that with evolving it early.

Staff won't be able to refund, or evolve it for you sadly. Since the game is still in beta evo's broken by server crashes are not refundable. Read this next time!

Yes the star means you have evolved it on your own. And yes some locations require a certain dex. In example love island requires 120 kanto pokes caught, and kanto 38 evos to be able to travel there.

I tried google translating your question but it was still a bit hard to understand; If your question was about what to do with unwanted pokemon, you can either sell them. Evolve them for your dex! Or even sell them, but most bad pokemon don't sell. if I got the question wrong please correct me :)
