  3. I usually play PRO on a screen and do other stuff on an other screen, like work, chat with people, watch videos, read things, watch movies, etc. Hence PRO music is always at 0%.
  4. Not really, in my opinion. But it can bring some hype to the community... maybe we need it actually, to soother everyone and get pumped for the new year.
  5. Showing stats changes and abilities like it is done on Showdown or 3DS games is, imo, important. Make an ability pop on the screen when it activates and is discovered; make statistics changes appear like we actually see status changes. I don't ask PRO to be like Showdown, but let's be honest, they have the best interface I have ever seen in a Pokémon game. A complete log turn by turn isn't important, and as some pointed, it is better to get focused on a battle like it was real; if you miss something... it's your fault. However, I would like to see a new chat tab when I start a battle, so I can talk with my opponent. I think we lack friendly battles in PRO; when I do PvP, I feel how others are "greedy to win" and feel how upset they are when they lose. Maybe a chat will soother some spirits and get us a pleasant meta-game. Recording battles to generate small files playable in PRO or a dedicated PRO-battle-player is important both for posterity and reporting. We should not forget that some people who play PRO are not tech. savvy and can't always install a recording software (or even record every battle); let's not forget those who play on mobile. A forfeit button (the run button is already there, just make it ask us if we really want to forfeit) is, in my opinion, essential for PvP, and why not Boss battle (not other NPCs and here is why: When you lose against an NPC, you black out and lose money and it is one part of the in-game economy, but when you lose to a boss, there's nothing lost -- Jessie & James apart --, hence we can forfeit).
  6. Good to know. Hence I will always be glad to report them!
  7. Welcome to the Révolution! Feel free to pm in-game if you need assistance. [glow=red]Red[/glow] server ftw.
  8. It's why we need it to become a measure of skill!
  9. This is what makes sense the most. Thanks for the explanation, Lunestra. Can I ask why? Is it because they are dealt with slowly or because we give up on them since they come back easily?
  10. How did you get Darkrai in this game? An event?
  11. Thank you, I appreciate. We are actually trying. You can improve your first post with all our ideas, and this way they will have a better visibility. If I get any idea for the game, be certain that I will post a suggestion! Edit. I have thought about the 50-levels-in-a-row-for-OT idea when thinking of Mega Evolutions. I would really see only OT able to Mega Evolve! We all know why ;) but I had to figure a way to get Pokémons we traded at low level but trained hard all along to "love us" and go beyond evolution for us.
  12. What if they are only injecting the money gained with bots now? I understand, and it's made this way to make people "donate" instead of trying to buy in-game.
  13. I will not discuss the first point because actually, doing PvP in this game is hard enough, with almost the same reasons you stated against Egg Moves (breeding, IVs, abilities, etc.). I want this. But maybe with some addendum: How about a Pokémon raised for more than 50 levels in a row by a trainers changes OT  This way, they can NOT borrow Pokémons for Gyms or Elite Four, but they can still trade after 4th badge, and train their Pokémons to get OT. What do you think of it?
  14. I play without MS first because I don't need it actually, and secondly because when I will want it, I will buy it for real money. Again, if I complain, it's because I think about people who can't buy it with real money and are "forced" [by the circumstances] to farm real hard to get 800 k$. How much time would that take? 72 hours play-time? 96? Sometimes more. Why? Are you saying that nuking 3000 bots from the servers or letting them be has the same effect on the economy and the in-game ecosystem? Have you read what I have said? 3 million per day per bot, injected in the game. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inflation
  15. It will be interesting to see how this changes the meta-game, and when they will be implemented in PRO (I guess they will, since we don't create our abilities / stats but take them from Gen. 6, actually).
  16. You can also consider Membership as being $5 (let's say you pay double the price either because you are young or have no PayPal account; so you pay for the service as well). 10 real life dollars. To get 800 k$ in-game, you need to farm and greed for 4 days (if you can do it faster, teach us). How can I dedicate 4 days of my life to get 10 real-life dollars?
  17. I've gone many times hunting bots. And from my observations: Average duration of a battle in the wild against a low level Pokémon (1HKO): 14 seconds Average amount of money gained: 500 k$ with active Membership Income in 23 hours playtime (the server going down for 1 h / day): 3 million p$ I have reported a dozen of bottlers, some of them with more than 300 hours playtime, some with less. Many players reported many others. Now, someone tell me that injecting that amount of money into the PRO ecosystem doesn't push the inflation of Membership and Pokémon prices. In order to stabilize the economy, we need: 1. To get all the bots out 2. A way to get rid of a lot of money (some big gold pit) I suggest that up to 3 (one per server) STAFF members get the job of hunting and taking down bots, and only this job. I am totally aware of the members who are leaving, but I am making this suggestion for the future of PRO.
  18. This is a great tool! Thanks.
  19. Goodbye, and thank you for everything you've given this community and this game.
  21. Just don't take us for idiots, please. To be honest, with all the bots around, you can't say for sure! Just kidding :]
  22. They are "gifts" to the kind people who donated. It's not a "pay-to-win" or a subscription game. These zones are NOT necessary for progression.
  23. From your data, we can state that Dratini spawn rate is 4.6 % (sample of 13000 spawns; up to 18th session). It is pretty close to what I had found about Bulbasaur at Route 3 back when it was available there. Good luck!
  24. I am not sure what you mean, Lunestra. You are one of the STAFF members I interacted with the most and I appreciate you as I appreciate any STAFF member I crossed in this forum or in-game. I hope none of you departed and really would like to see all this sorted out. But we need to stop this F.U.D. from spreading in the community. I actually hurts all of us, but I've been in many communities before and seen how F.U.D. could destroy them in no time. Wish the best for this amazing game.
