you can catch teddiursa (pre-evo of ursaring) in r30,r33,r36,r45. miltank in r38,r39, r47 (not sure if r47 is in johto, unfortunately you cant get porygon,snorlax in johto. whismur(pre-evolution of exploud) in dd entrance, r30, r34, r45. You can get starly in r32 sadly its ms there, but you can get it by headbutting trees in r30,r31,r46.
