Hello Dani1990, that subjects is discussed in this topic. We don't do accounts clearing due to give a lot of work to reset everything. As an alternative solution, you could start over in a new server or make a new account, thus, letting you choose a new starter. But if you still want that account don't worry, you will be able to capture every starter pokemon and you can change your appearance in the future, and then solving your first issue :) As this thread is now solved I am going to lock the thread for you. Hello [mention]Scisor32[/mention] unfortunatly, that is not a PRO located issue (it's Paypal Error) and we can't really support you in that matter. I will post here the Paypal FAQ to help you in the meanwhile. I will also be paying attention if anyone else has the same issue to see if some solution might appear aswell. Have a nice week.

Hello Nechrit and I am sad to hear your last moments weren't that happy and I do apologise for the lack of moderation that have affected the Blue server and the players, to which we are currently recruiting mainly from that server to have new moderators in the staff. I breaks my heart to see this lead up to an experienced player to leave the game but I understand the decision and respect it. As myself and I think the rest of the team we wish you best of luck for your real life, and hope in the future you might comeback and we can have a go again!

When I got asked to choose my staff name I only though in this xD Ridersempai - is based on the awesome anime Fate: Zero, because of: Used to dislike in the first episodes but then was a pure memelord and thought in using it. "The sempai" was together with the name "rider" being used and my former inability to read for errors (I actually needed glasses, which I now have, and only noticed like 2 weeks later when a friend told me "u r dumbz, look at ur name" ). Back then I thought "well, I wont play the game for long so I don't need to do a new account"...(I started 25/April/2016)
