If there will be any sort of action from the staffs towards the community it will be posted in the Announcements subforum. If you free to do so, feel free to read the explanation of Roleback to understand what happened. To prevent it you can Log Out after each catch or important battle since it will force the save into the database. Would also recomend to don't do Bosses since server crashs are unpredictable and it will make the boss going into cooldown. Once again I am deeply sorry that this is happening. Hey there moman327, unfortunatly you guessed it right, the answer is no. As you can see in this thread: As we have no tools or permission to work to do a client for that OS the PRO iOS Client is not a thing.
