I haven't played against it yet on pro, but I have loads of experience using it in pokemon showdown over the years. I personally think it's too powerful given the current meta and gives a unfair advantage to players willing to go out there way for it and shouldn't be allowed in pvp. I might come back with a changed opinion once I get back into pvp again and possible fight it, but I feel strong enough in my decision to say it shouldn't be allowed in pvp based off prior experience.
