Hey there Stormofkiss. I am sorry to hear that you feel frustrated about not being able to get Regice. However, you were still lucky to be given the chance to battle Regice after the event had ended. Unfortunately Shamac Claus was removed due to a bug with the npc that was exploited and not reported, and thus it's not possible to capture Regice now if you lost your chance to it. I am sorry to have to inform you of this. In the future for events, and when you try to obtain legendaries, I highly recommend asking around or looking for a guide to assist you so that way you can be properly prepared in the future. Hey there GrandWarden. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. I have gone ahead and removed the extra image bbcode, so people cannot select that option anymore and get confused. The gif that Olafkun has posted is the correct way to post images on the forums. We have to clear the database of released pokemon every so often, so without the ID it's impossible to recover in this case. Sometimes we can recover them from backups of the database if we have the pokemon's ID, but unfortunately in your case we are unable to recover your pokemon. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I am sorry to have to inform you of this.

Do you happen to have any additional information about the pokemon to assist us further in recovering it, such as a screenshot, what pokemon it was, stats, nature, etc? He is now safe in the last slot in your box :)
