The 502 Gateway error is an error between servers on the internet, and you can try these steps to help you get around it. Please try these steps out, and I hope they help solve your issue! :D

Could you please try these steps for the winrar error? Is your launcher in the same folder as your game files? Also what version of DirectX are you using? Sometimes directx 11 and 10 can cause issues with the game files, so it can be better to use DirectX 9 for PRO instead. If these two steps do not work, are you able to log into PRO using a different device?

So if you started on the yellow server coming over from the blue server, you would have to start all over again. The blue server has crashed and is awaiting an admin to reboot it. Are your drivers up to date? Are running PRO as administrator? And also have you tried to create an exception for PRO in your antivirus as well as run the game in compatibility mode? What program do you use to unzip the zip file?
