Try talking to him and do not enter the forest. If you try to enter the forest, he will take all of your pokeballs until you complete the Pinkan Quest.

Hey there Przsiczny! Have you tried talking to the ranger by the entrance to Pinkan Forest? Sometimes if you haven't completed the Pinkan Quest, the Ranger will hold your Pokeballs until you beat the quest. You can simply chat with him at anytime to get them back if you have not finished the quest.

Server not loading
Hey there Booteebawm! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. As said on this post: This issue can be really common after a server comes back up after a crash. If the issue persists I recommend following these steps to see if it resolves the issue. :)

Problem with logging in.
Hey there ! I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. The blue server has crashed. It is waiting for an admin to reboot it so that it can come back online, there is also no eta for when it will come back online. I would also like to remind you of the forum rules: Please use the status checkers in the future to check server status. Here is the one for Blue Server.
