Unfortunately as said in this post: I am sorry to have to inform you of this, but if a pokemon is lost due to a rollback, it is unable to be retrieved. You also might want to read the Hit by a Rollback? post for more information. In the future after catching a rare pokemon, or achieving an important milestone, you may want to logout to force the game to 'force save' your progress. Hey hanyo789. I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Have you verified that you are logging onto the correct server? You can log on to the dashboard and check your progress on each of the servers. Then try to log into the one you have the most progress on.- Putting progress on another server

Unfortunately as said in the Please Read Before You Make a General Support Post: You can also read up more about roll backs on the Hit by a Rollback? post. I am sorry to have to inform you of this. However, there is something you can do in the future to prevent experiencing rollbacks is too logout after an important milestone/event. This will force the server to 'force save' your progress. Hey CharizardTR. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconvenience. As said on the Please Read Before You Make a General Support Post: This glitch is caused from time to time by logging out incorrectly. To prevent this glitch, something you can do is to logout by using the button on the menu. You can get to the menu by pressing the escape key in game. In the meanwhile, you will just have to wait 5 minutes for the "user already logged in" to dissapear. Since this answers your question I will now lock the thread.
