Try to exclude PRO from your antivirus and afterward try to open the file as an administrator. This may help ( and of course make sure you are installing the correct client , 32 or 64 bit )

Firstly congrats for being Kanto champion :) Regarding to your question , when you enter a new region you can not use any pokemon that was caught from the previous region(s) until you are ready to fight the Elite 4 of this region . So when u enter Johto none of your pokemon are going to be available if you dont win all 8 gyms

Since some players dont like to evolve their pokemons or dont have the time for it etc. i add it as part of the family of Empoleon :) I do understand your point but Oshawott has nothing to do with Empoleon , piplup is the first evo of empoleon . Ok , lets go formal . Hello PreHax, You may dont know me but i do and i really appreciate you as a player. You got a totally legit opinion there and some correctly stated arguments . But thats only the one hand.I dont know how deep you are involved in the whole PRO situation in general , but the whole situation just fixes the top layer and you know what? the problem is the bottom one which is rotten. Hello Kavlerof, sorry but this is a known issue among the community, there is nothing you can do right now. Greetings Known issue? Who informed some players that are not taht active in forum that moves are missing from the tutors . How should a player that first time leveling a magnemite know that he/she cannot replace important moves. Moves thats are totally common ... roses are red and the pro is rising .. #not
