When you finish every boss he heals you automatically your pokemons (its true that not refill the pp used) and also about the first point lets take for example the diglett cave you just have to change the klefki in second slot and bring one other poke in first slot then if you forgot to change the pokes just press no when the boss will ask you if you are sure you want to face him or just simply use repels till you get there xd

Exactly that if rare shinys become common there is no fun and point to collect them anymore and one of the best things in late game of PRO will be lost

+1 great point with the recent addition to the game the guild island and the boss that have a small chance drop you a scroll that forces a wq we may see more world quest from now and on and for sure some of them will fail so adding something liie that for players do 2-3% of the iv is MUST

Chances for Shiny in wild is 1/8192 for fossils is 1/1000 and for some bosses if im not wrong is around 1/4096 and its already good lowering down to 2048 or 2730 whould break the economy of the game xd

I don't think is really necessary with macho brace in safari ev zone you can fully ev train a poke in around 30mins its not that much time tho good idea as concept but i dont think it something pro needs
