+1 Good overall and simple change to the pokedex tab. Just feel that it will clutter the already overcluttered GUI. Personally, I think the entire GUI should be updated and not just a few elements. But, I don't disagree with the suggested changes.

Yes this is allowed. However, YOU are responsible for any actions taken by the account while they are on it. I'll quote a section of the game rules that briefly talks about this topic. This allows for people to open up shops like story service, quest service, daily service, etc.
