Could you try to change your password by using your PRO Dashboard and get online afterwards ? Don't use caps, just use something neutral to test out with a temporary password.

My Pokemon disappeared after a rollback on Server Blue

Hello GrimThoughts I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you have been hit by a rollback. I know this is frustrating because this is unexpected and it made you lose your Scolipede, but there is nothing that can be done since it's due to a crash. As said in this topic : About the fact that you were unable to move the Pokemon in your party/PC, it may happens when server is lagging. But since this part of the issue seems solved, I'm going to lock this topic. I'm again sorry for your Scolipede, and I wish you a nice day. :Sing: - Locked - -

Well as I told you, we checked your inventory and didn't see any Bike on your account. Perhaps your friend used your client to play and put his own bike in your shortcuts, that would explain why you see it ? I guess that might be why. Thanks for the quick response! As reminder, if you want to complete the quest to get your Bike, you need an OT Ditto and 60,000$. Talk to the Bike Voucher located in the house next to the Pokecenter in Vermilion City and you'll get it. That's being said, I wish you a nice day and a good game :Sing: - Locked as solved -

Hello Spartric We checked your account on each server and there's no Bike in your inventory. However, there's one in your related account named NinjaIrwin, could you maybe have a check ? Did you confuse both accounts by any chance ? I only use 1 account, that account isn't mine. It's my friend's. I don't think I would it. I also only play on 1 server, the Blue Server. Well as I told you, we checked your inventory and didn't see any Bike on your account. Hello Exia91 You should be able to trade once you reached the Rainbow badge from Celadon City, so the 4th one. Sometimes you have to relog or restart your client once you get the Badge to allow the game to let you trade. Keep in mind that you and your trade partner have to be in the same Pokecenter in order to trade.
