Fortunately as you can see it on my screenshot, your Lucario is able to relean Nasty Plot if you talk to the Pre-Evolution Tutor, which one is located in Kanto Daycare, at south Cerulean City on Route 5.   17. Hello Mihawk97x I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we can't help you to evolve your Magneton. This Pokémon needs to earn a level in Power Plant in order to evolve, so we're unable to use the tricky method that requires to be in a Pokecenter.

Also, about the fact that Winston didn't give you the CD, check out this answer from the author of the guide : Yes, there is a bug if you try to speak with him a second time. You need to log out and in to speak with him again. After the first time you speak with him. You need to made a turn in the base to prevent access. Just go out and come back.   21. Hello Gabuche8 & ZiegFeldz I am sorry that you encountered this inconvenience. Actually, this bug is quite well known but has not been corrected yet. Indeed, the longer you wait before opening your bag, the longer the freeze time will be. Sometimes you wait so long that the game considers you as AFK and you're kicked from server. To avoid this, I advise you to open your bag often while you're in battle, at least once every 10 or 15 minutes. You can also completely close your client, and reopen it. Many people have been affected by this bug, including me and unfortunately, we can't recover Pokémon that you lost. So I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this bug.
