For now, some of them are not implemented, but it doesn't prevent the shiny character of your Pokemon. However, this will be probably added on a future update. Hello Huyzus You don't have to click on the move to activate Waterfall. As you can see it on this gif, it makes you climb the waterfall automatically when you approach it.
