  1. The merging tool is actually disabled for prevent damage or bug on the accounts. Once it's fully online again, you'll be able to merge your accounts. In the meantime, please don't post several subjects and messages for the same problem :) A little patience is asked for everything to get settled back to normal.
  2. Actually the Red server is no longer existing, nor is the Yellow server really. What happened is Red and Blue server are merged into one only Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is becoming Gold Server. You should be able to connect you after you download the new client of the merging thing : Download link : https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php Please note that Silver Server is for now down and that you have to connect on the website to proceed to the merge of your Blue and Red account. Be sure to click the RED account when it is asked which was your main so you wont lost any data of yours :) PS : Actually the merging tool is put down too to avoid more bugs to players :) Please have a bit of patience and everything is gonna be alright :D Of course nobody's account going to be deleted but be careful to fully understand the merging thing when you'll have to do it :)
  3. The merge tool had to be disabled for preventing more bugs or damage to the accounts. There's nothing to worry about for now, you'll be able to merge your accounts as soon as they can put back the merging tool online :)
  4. Silver server is down for now :) That's why you can't connect even if you merged your accounts already. Please be patient, it's a normal thing for the server to be down, like it was sometimes with red or blue before the merge. Nothing to worry about :)
  5. Hello ! Merging tool had to be disabled for now, it will be re-activated when it's stable enough to prevent more bugs, so once it done and announced you should be able to connect and merge your accounts :)
  6. That's right ImBrus :) I guess staff has a lot to do for now but once it's fixed you'll be free to proceed and play once you merged your red and blue account together (or have them kept separated on the silver server both :) )

  9. There is a merge of servers, and some tools are down for now as the silver server is also down. Please be patient until everything recover its own place. Thank you ! PS : Next time please use english in forum so everybody can understand and maybe help, tho you can use an online translator, nobody wont mind you if english is not perfect ^^

There's no need to post several subject with the same content, altho we all appreciate you make the effort to rewrite this one in english :) Edit : Also i think this subject is more relevant to the appropriate forum in Bug section than the General Support :)
  13. Hello ! Please be patient while the servers are merging to create the Silver Server. This may occasion some bugs and that's for avoiding you having troubles like rollback, shiny loss or account loss that the servers may be unavailable. Also, please be patient, the staff has a lot to do and nobody can everytime say you the same thing. By searching a little more informations by example on the official discord server, you should have answered yourself to your questions. Sometimes, only patience is the good answer to a question :) Also please next time use english on forum so everybody can understand you :D

  15. Hello ! Currently, the merge is de-activated for avoiding more bugs and it will be possible to merge your accounts later on when it will be reactivated.   16. Deidaraa > For what i know, this should not be a problem if he just give it to you, you'll be the one responsible for what's done on the account in the future if you're the only one using it. Forstslayer1 > This is not the same problem, you can't post here in another subject to have a full detailed answer. What you can do if the problem is happening a lot, it's to open a subject in the appropriate bug report section and provide as much proof as you can have so a competent member of the staff will be noticed and can work on your problem to find a solution with you :)

  18. Hello Aniketsk181, Are you sure you have tried all the Hoenn PC's ? The most common that are forgotten are Ever Grande City (which is the pokemon center before the victory road), Pacifidlog Town Pokecenter and Dewford Town, because the island is not always re-visited afterward.. Maybe you should precisely try those one, i'm pretty sure the missing PC is one of those (if you already made Sootopolis and Mossdeep ones too :) ) Edit : Well Astraea has been faster than me xD

Hello Ragonza, I had the same problem and i tried multiple times reinstalling, putting my drivers up to date (which everything was tho..) and so on and it appears the Unity file keep causing problems. I managed to get a fix by using an older version of PRO where Unity didn't get the package file in the same way, launching the "PRO Engine", but not being able to connect, and then i re-used my new fresh download about PRO already installed and it worked. So i advise you to try this little manipulation of mine, certified working where nothing else should have worked for 3 days for me. 1- Download the Halloween version of the PRO client (still available thanks to mediafire right here (official link not mine)) : http://www.mediafire.com/file/htjj1dpxe4ulfnc/PROSpooky64.zip 2- Launch the PRO Spooky client. 3- Try to connect but it wont succeed (normal because that's an old client version) 4- Retry to launch the actual version. (once the PRO Engine has been load with the old version, it seems to work.) 5- Eventually tell me if it worked for you :3 This made me this error 3 or 4 times with no returns, i made this solution everytime and everytime it was the only thing working for me :) (Another solution is to install bluestack (android emulator) and play the .apk on this one but that's a lot of RAM used to simply play PRO, and it's not as comfortable as playing on the PC version anyway)

    Hello TDuarte, First of all, there is no need to post several topics in several sections if you have a problem :Grin: It's a forum and it's community help-based so everyone will take some time to answer and to provide you help but there's no need to rush people for answers on each case. Let me make you comfortable : your account is not bugged. If you can't enter in Lavender Tower, it's only because you need to read Mr Fuji's Notes in his house. If you have any problem anytime with the story line, you can always use the resources put at your disposal on the forum in the Game Guide Section, like for example you could have use this Complete Kanto Walkthrough to find your actual solution. Now that it's said, i'll lock this topic as solved. The other one is deleted, please don't make another in another forum again for the same subject.

  25. That's no worries :) If you are already in Johto, it's obvious that you now passed the place where Moltres is standing. I got a solution for you, but it needs us ingame at the same time. Please PM me a schedule where you think you can be online based on the GMT hours. This way we can find a time to be online together and i'll solve your data problem ;) Let me know ! :Grin:
