In generation 7 ribombee learns energy ball by TM. When going to the eterna gym, the tm helper refused to teach my ribombee energy ball. I didn’t check tutor heaven, but we can assume the same thing Ribombee doesn’t have energy ball in its learn-set.

Looking for 31 Ivs Speed, jolly buneary. Atk has to be around 20+ All other ivs should be decent. It doesn’t matter to me, whether or not the Pokémon is trained or untrained, but it will be priced as it is. You can name your price, but my budget ends around 1.5 mil.
