It seems that he's merged his account into Silver and played on it, so there can be multiple reasons why he "can not enter", for which you can find solutions in the Read this before making a General Support topic: - Quotes for visibility - If nothing works but he can log on the forum, please ask him to do so, and to post in General Complaint Area for privacy reasons. We will assist him there. You can also ask him to reset his password on the Dashboard again, following the instructions he will get in the mail, and ensuring his new password is alphanumerical (exclusively composed of letters and numbers, avoiding special characters). Your progress was on Blue server; if you've chosen Red as main server when merging, and since you haven't traded yet on Silver, then I can offer you to unmerge your account so you can do so again, choosing the right server as main, this time. As stated in the FAQ Piine linked: Otherwise, also as mentioned in that FAQ, you can keep playing like this, doing the story again, but keeping your items and such -except those you were wearing on Blue. Hi there, As explained to you on PRO's Discord, Cloud Nine ability only negates weather effects: it doesn't actually remove the weather currently set. You can find an example in this topic about Solarbeam during Sun weather against a likely Cloud Nine wild Psyduck. For future reference, if you're stuck in loading map screen again, follow these steps: First of all, check your internet connection's stability: Windows + R > type "ping -t 8.8.8.8" > hit Enter: will show you your ping and possible packets losses, to determine if it's too slow and/or unstable, Restarting your router and/or wifi card if so, Contacting your ISP if your net keeps being too slow and/or unstable. [*]Completely close, and restart your game's client; [*]Wait several minutes in loading map screen; [*]Try logging on the other server if you can, then back on your main one; [*]On the login screen, use F2 key and type clearmaps, hit Enter then restart your game's client. In order to explain to you how that happened, I will tell you how it works: Basically, there are different cooldowns for the bosses; the ones who will interest us here are the following: The battle dialogue cooldown, since it changes from regular dialogue, and The battle cooldown, in itself. Basically, they have the same length, but in case of a small lag, either on your end or the server's, when you interact with the NPC at the exact moment the cooldowns get off, you can end up in your situation: The dialogue cooldown was off but the battle one still on, leading to the normal challenge dialogue, but without the battle following, getting you an instant loss. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to make sure that's what happened to you, as it still alters your battle cooldown as a loss and thus appears as anyone who would have lost regularly. Therefore, we cannot help you further in your case: you will need to wait for the whole 12 days cooldown and start your consecutive win streak again. In order to avoid this issue in the future, I would advise you to wait a minute or more from now on, don't try at the exact moment you did 12 days earlier, to make sure both cooldowns will be off. The boss itself has no issue, and I have tried to see with Content Scripters if the actual battle's cooldown could be slightly shorter than the battle dialogue's one, in order to avoid this issue in the future if it wouldn't raise others, but I haven't gotten an answer yet. Giant, our Dalmatian, raced on and off the path, circling trees like mad. “Maybe,” I said doubtfully, looking up into the massive red-orange trees around us. Chances were, mom was either talking to the police or having a heart attack. Or both. We were supposed to be home a while ago. I hated to admit it, but after thirteen years of living in the woods, I was lost. I looked around for some sign – any, really – but there wasn’t anything. I sighed. If only I hadn’t needed to watch Tyler – I would probably be home right now, little brother-less and- I was interrupted when Giant took my jacket sleeve in his big mouth, trying to tug me off the path. “Not now, Gi,” I said. “Go away.” “Tristan…” Tyler called my name. I turned in surprise. He was a few feet behind me, still as a statue. He was looking into the woods, completely still. Being six, he was never this still. Ever. “What’s the matter?” I asked, worried. “Do you hear that?” I frowned and walked over to him, listening. “Tyler-” I stopped. Faintly, in the distance, I heard a clacking sound like dropping drumsticks on each other. I glanced at Tyler, who was slightly afraid. He took my hand. The sound stopped, and the forest went back to being quiet. Except, almost unnaturally quiet. “I’m sure…its fine,” I said, reassuring him as much as myself. “Come on, I think I found the way back. When we get home, we can tell mom what an adventure we’ve had.” Complete lie. But my nerves were making me jumpy, and I just wanted to leave the woods He calmed a bit. “Giant!” I called. No rustle of leaves, or crack of branches. Silence. Frowning, I noticed something about the right side of the path. All the trees to my right had a big scratch in them, but when I looked to the left, they didn’t. I was pondering why this would be, when Tyler let out a little shriek. I turned to tell him to stop freaking me out, when I noticed what he was looking at. On the right side of the forest, a light was shining between the trees. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. “Let’s go,” Said Tyler. “Let’s get Giant and go.” “Giant probably went to that light,” I said, making a decision. “We should go too.” I walked in, dragging Tyler along behind me. As we got closer I noticed it had suddenly gone chilly. I shivered, pushing through the last of the branches and arriving in a clearing where a little cottage stood. Hanging from the corner of the house was a little metal lantern – the source of the light we saw. Looking a little to the left, I noticed a couple carved wooden chimes. So that was the sound. But…where was Giant? “Ugh! More people!” I jumped a foot in the air as the front door of the cottage burst open and out came a very disgruntled looking woman. She was Asian, maybe in her twenties, with black hair pulled into a bun, a bikers’ jacket and jeans. “I just put up a barrier for this sort of thing! All I want is privacy! Is that too much to ask?” “Um,” I said. “Sorry, we’re looking for…” “Yes, yes,” she said. She whistled, and Giant came bounding around the house. He ran past us and circled the woman, barking loudly. “On second thought,” she muttered. “It’ll be easier if you’re not here.” She snapped her fingers and Giant disappeared. My mouth fell open, and I took a step back. “You’re a witch!” Shouted Tyler with more glee than I thought necessary. “Can you turn a pumpkin into a carriage?” She rolled her eyes. “Why would I do that when I can just call a cab?” “W-Wait!” I shouted. She turned to me. “Where’s Giant?” “Oh, he’s back at your house.” she dismissed, and started to push us back towards the path. “Now – leave! I need quiet.” I was about to ask her another question when she gave one final push, sending us sprawling on the wet ground. When I looked back, she was gone. And so were the trees with the marks on them.

We are a small team working on the project, and due to PRO being a Pokémon fanmade game, we are not allowed to make money out of it, thus are working on it on our free time, and are just passionate people, doing with the means we have, not professionals. I would like to state that the servers' stability is obviously one of our major concerns, and aim our additions to the game to not interfere with said stability. This means that we can't offer the possibility to relog in battle where one left it due to disconnection or crash, and it also means that the servers are more stable now than they used to be in the past, and still gets better overtime! -[/hr] Now please let me remind you of this rule: If you wish to complain about it, please do so in the appropriate area: General Complaint Area. Hi there, There is a much simpler way to run two games instances at once: copy the whole PRO folder containing all the necessary files, and paste it, like this: You can then run each folder's executable file whenever you want, and do so with as many folders/clients as you want. They will all act independently of each other. It would only be frown upon if there is a login queue, which isn't the case lately so you'll be fine. Just keep it in mind in case the population goes above the servers' limit again. Enjoy, and have a great day!
