Moreover, Gold server is simply a rename of the server formerly known as Yellow. So follow step 2 and wait for the server reboot to be done. 6- If after loading up the launcher (and after when you press the "login" button) the message "connecting to server" appears and afterwards the screen freezes and nothing happens you will need to completely close the client and open it again (it can happen 3-5 times).   7. Once again, there is no ETA. Depends on the load of work they need to do for the maintenance, and possible fixes for possible issues that may arise. There is no use posting further about the servers being down, the only reason I am leaving this thread open is for the initial loading map issue. Thank you for your patience :)

  9. Good to hear! Enjoy :) You guys have a common ISP, despite being different than the other two. If you keep encountering the issue despite the other fixes mentioned on this thread, then it's ISP related and will be fixed eventually. I will list below all the possible fixes previously mentioned that might help, but then again, it seems more to be due to the ISP itself, so please try using another connection such as your mobile data to play until it gets fixed on their end (playing PRO nearly doesn't consume any data): Run the game in admin mode, and windows 7 compatibility mode, also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet; Wait several minutes during loading screen/black screen; Restart your router and game client; Log on Gold server if you can, use F2, type in "clearmaps", hit Enter and restart client. Hoping for a quick resolution of that issue for your convenience.

UPDATE: It's working again for the other one having the same ISP than you, so if it was indeed an ISP issue as I strongly suspect it, it's likely that it's going to work again for you as well.   13. Hello there! Moonblast is a move only Clefairy can learn, so you will have to go to the Pre Evo Move Tutor. PRO Move Tutor ‒formerly known as Pre Evo Move Tutor‒ are located in Daycares as well; each move will cost 10 000$! In most Daycares, you will have to walk through the door behind the Eggmove Tutor and Doctor Quest NPC to get to the Tutor: Please have a check! Hi there, It was removed as it got coded in the latest update; however, said update got rollbacked due to servers' instability issues, and the moves other than Unburden got overlooked as they aren't banned, thus have a lesser impact. The thread has been updated accordingly, now: Baton Pass added back to Bugged and Not Bannable. Trace added back to Bugged and Not Bannable. Trick + Choice Item added to Bugged and Not Bannable. Stored Power added back to Not Yet Coded moves. Tailwind added back to Not Yet Coded moves. Have a nice day!
  17. Hi there and thank you for your report. This is only fixable by a Developer, and will have a low priority in the list of things to do, as Rock Smash isn't even necessary to progress in Kanto. You also got the TM a little bit earlier than you would have otherwise, due to selecting the server you had no progress on as main, during the merge, thus kept your inventory but restarted the story. I will leave it open anyway until it gets fixed -if it does-, and with this being said, I wish you to have a great week :)

  19. Hi there, I would like to apologize on behalf of the staff for having overlooked your topic for so long, as well as the inconvenience caused. It appears that your issue is fixed by now, but, for future reference, alt+tabbing out of the game during any loading screen has high chances to lead to that issue, which can be solved tabbing out and back to the game again. Restarting your whole game client would fix it too. If your issue happened even without alt tabbing out, do you have more infos about it, in order for me to try to reproduce it? I'm looking forward to your reply, and wish you to have a nice day in the meantime.

The issue lies within the fact that Tailwind is currently not coded, therefore this Tutor has been disabled until it gets coded. It will be eventually, it has been before as you can see on the Update Logs thread, but due to crash issues with that update, it got rollbacked, as it got announced on PRO Discord. That latest patch note is thus currently not in game. There is no ETA as of when it would be fixed for good. Thank you for your patience in the meantime. The delay resides in the fact that you initially posted it in Mapping Bugs area, where it's unrelated, as it's not an issue within the map itself, hence it being now moved to General Support. For future reference, you could also have battled someone and lost (disconnecting during the battle being the fastest way); you wouldn't lose anything, and get sent to the last visited Pokécenter as well. As stated in the List of available commands, the command to challenge someone to a battle is /battle <username>, or /bat <username> Once again, sorry for the inconvenience. It might not, perhaps, with people who transferred from Silver to Gold, but I would need to be transferred in order to test myself, which only Eaty could do, and he's busy with more pressing matters. :/ Though it works for me, on both player and staff accounts, at either this specific Caught Date Checker or any other, as shown below:
  23. Hi there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience, as well as for the delay of response. It is an issue raised due to the merge of Red and Blue servers into Silver, therefore only is on this server, and for Pokémon caught before the merge, which happened the 17th April 2018. These NPCs will work for any Pokémon caught afterwards however, but unfortunately none of those caught prior, and I am currently unaware of a possible way to fix this. If there would be, there is no ETA on when the fix would be applied, and would be on a pretty low priority in the list of things to be done/updated. The caught date is still saved on the database, so, if you really need to know a few of your Pokémon's caught date, you may reach a staff member on PRO Discord to check it out for you. Please note that it takes a bit of time and efforts, so I'm asking anyone who would want to, to be reasonable in the number of Pokémon, and/or frequency of this service being requested.   24. Hi there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience! This issue is due to the merge: your Pokémon got re-ordered randomly. The ones from previous regions that ended up in your party, which should be locked in your PC storage, got locked there instead of in the storage itself, as it should when you start a new region.   25. Hi there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience. The issue came from the fact that Scatterbug is currently missing one of its possible abilities: Shield Dust. Your Scatterbug would have been Shield Dust, but since it was missing from the database, it caused a visual bug wherein you saw Compound Eyes rather than Shield Dust. Although since Vivillon's abilities are correct, it turned Shield Dust rightfully. The issue will be fixed next time the servers restart, Scatterbug will have all its possible abilities available. Once again, apologies for your inconvenience. I understand that training it took time, and you must feel deceived. Unfortunately, we can't help in your case, as your Vivillon would have been Compound Eyes if that was the ability your Scatterbug had, but due to the aforementioned, it was wrongfully having Compound Eyes.
