As [mention]FlaFlaPT[/mention] mentioned, the limit of owned Pokémon is of 900, which equals to 60 full boxes in PC Storage, minus the eventual Pokémons in your party. :x Since Pokémons only get ID two to three minutes after being caught, unless force-saved by relogging, we can't spawn them back for you or anything. He is located in Cerulean Cave, which you need to do the following to get access to: Get the Dragon membership (200 000$ at Blackthorn's Dragon Club) Get the Dragon Medalion (240 caught data, shown at said club) Defeat the Dragonite in Dragons Den B1F to be able to pass through him Defeat Lance further into Dragons Den B1F You will need to speak to Cerulean Cave's guard first, and can only challenge him if your team is of lvl 100 Pokémons! Hey, there! Sorry the steps Neroli listed above didn't help; The only possible issue left I can think of are the requirements; are you guys sure to meet them ? Especially when [mention]BashFick[/mention] mentions to not do other stuff in the meanwhile. It sounds to me that your CPU might be the issue ^^ The requirements are the following: Do you experience crashes with other games as well, or only PRO? How often does it occur? After how long, from the moment you start the game? The more we'll know, the better we'll be able to help! :Angel:

Unfortunately, crashes are unexpectable thus can happen at any time, as mentioned on the main page: The downtime from maintenances are, however, announced on the official Discord as well as ingame beforehand :) Furthermore, the servers restart by themselves for minor crashes, but need someone online with the clearance level to restart them for bigger ones, which can take some time depending on their availability, as stated in the official PRO Wiki. - [glow=white]Quote for visibility[/glow] - In both cases, please be patient, they will always be restarted eventually! Also, the crashes are less and less common, each maintenance helping to reduce the frequency of it. Keep an eye on the Servers status, or the aforementioned Discord channel, to know when they are back up! This being said, I hope you'll have a good day :Angel:
