Hey everyone! So I first signed up to this game in 2016, I played it a fair bit, and progressed to the Johto region (the furthest in the game at the time). I haven't played the game in a long time and finally downloaded it again just now, when I logged in to my account, I first noticed there are 2 server options, I tried to log in to Silver, but it said something about linking my profile, I then attempted Gold and it has logged in for me, the only issue is that it has started a brand new game for me, and I have now lost all the progress I had made when I first played, I had spent a bit of money on cosmetics and VIP passes back in the day, and had picked up some really nice high IV Pokemon, is there any way of me re obtaining my progress from 2016?

Route 135 is glitched bad Used 135 to get from hoenn to jotho and this happened in the screen shot. Still is doing it Evidence Evidence is in the screen shot attached to this report

Hi, I took the wrong mount from Monty at the Breezy Tower with my 2k tokens by accident. I planned to take the "Cotton Candy" one but have chosen the Mint one as its color matches more with the color at the menu. May it be possible to have the mount exchanged to the Cotton Candy one?

Hey, I have some problems with the Kanto walkthrough . When i talked with Surge in the vermilion city , I had disconnected . I had logged in again but he was disappeared and now i can't get in the boat . Can you help me ? Thank you.

I am in jhoto,it happened when i entered the national park through the south entrance. It is the first time i enter there and the loading screen stays for a while and then brings me back to title screen, saying "connection lost" reloading doesnt work. Im playing on a mobile phone. Thanks for help.

Hello there, I play pro in silver server. After playing around 20 mins it says connection lost but i cheked my internet connection and its good. When it says connection lost i cant play pro for some minuts. But now its being an hour still saying connection lost. Whst do i do.Please help me. Thank You

i was battling a pokemon on two separate occasions and the server has disconnected or gone down when will this problem be fixed so i can try playing it again

If no Val Frill/Jelli have been found yet (25 days in -- all other Val pokes found already), there might be an issue with the spawn. Since this is the first event Pokemon with an event sprite that varies on gender, I suspect this is somehow interfering with its ability to spawn. This reason should be investigated as it's the first obvious difference, as no other Valentine's Pokemon have gender-based sprite variations. Also probably very unrelated but Unowns are triggering the new Run Prompt pop-up as the game is classifying it as a special pokemon due to its varied forms. Thanks for your time.
