I'm having some trouble with evolving my buneary. Maybe I'm missing something? I tried researching it a bit and asked a few people for advice before posting here. I've tried leveling it up with full happiness. I also logged in and out after the first time it didnt work. I initially was trying it at night. I also waited until morning and daytime to try to see if it would evolve. Thanks

Hi, i wasted 1h and 20mins of my life searching orbs in ur event after beating the team aqua leader. I found 3 at the start, then all the cave nothing, i can make and send a vid of me searching all rocks telling me what im missing. Are u sure it isnt bugged, also i dont have a rock smash poke and cant leave till i find the orbs.

Last time I played the game 2 years ago, it ran perfectly everywhere. I wanted to play it now again, It still worked perfectly just before I got to Mt. Moon. When Im fighting there, the game always crashes at some point - during move animation, or when there is the text going, or even when I try to run from battle - it just stops, i still can see the frozen screen, hear the music but can't do anything. Then the only thing I can do is to restart the client, but it happens again, so I'm stuck at this point. Device I'm playing on is Huawei Y6 Prime 2018 (Android). Thank you for any help.

Hello staff, On silver server, after completed the Kyurem quest, I talked to Joey's mom to get a reroll ticket, and she only said 'thank for your help' without giving me a reroll. Hello all my friends. As you all know that with the recent update in PRO, the ^inspect and ^memberlist commands have been removed from the reborn bot. Due to which we are facing a lot of problems especially the Guild leaders. Not enough information is available in the memberlist present in the game. Like when did a member last come online and what are his ratings. And without inspecting anyone, we are not able to get accurate information about any player. I request my staff members to find a solution for this. Thank you. -
Accidentally i have a miss click and bought the Xmas Ditto Quiet Midnight Chroma x2 times. I want to know if is possible to refound one of them and give me the 700 event coins back or if its possible to sell it to a npc to get my event coins back.

Hello, I was in trade chat earlier and I saw a player said "wts xmas dragonite mount shiny" However, I read this as "wtb xmas dragonite mount shiny" So I messaged the player and made a deal. But when we were about to trade I saw that he is giving the mount to me also. And thats when I figured that I made a mistake. And when I read the chat again. It was completely my understanding. Is there a way to fix or refund me my coins? Thank you. (I also have one complaint form, please check on that)

Attached is my account that i made a few weeks ago because i didnt have access to this account. Reason i didnt have access to this account is because the i factory reset my phone, forgot the password to my gmail and when i tried to recover it i realized it was linked to my OLD number which i no longer possessed. I recently got my account back (Also attached me recovering my GMAIL) after sending my information and documents to Gmail. Reason im making this post is because I purchesed 100 coins on the new account that i made (DeletedUser97) and bought 2 mounts, one on gold by accident (thought my friend played gold) and then one on silver. I would like both of those mounts to be removed and the 100 gold sent to my main account (NotLucifer). Thank you.

hey darkmaster269 here i want to talk about the wrong item i purchased from the coin shop and if possible wanted to get a refund of 100 coins from it i bought the new halloween form haunter mount yesterday by mistake, i was supposed to buy the new halloween form gengar mount instead, i was in a kinda hurry and purchased the haunter mount and when i realised it i had already bought it i thought i had clicked on the gengar mount to buy but .... the image of the item bought -- the item i was supposed to buy -- If it is possible i would like to make a kind request for a refund of 100 coins Thanks and Regards

Hey, I've been playing the summer event and found one of the cosmetic shops. When looking at the prices, all the prices were listed as being 35 in the normal currency, which apparently is a glitch which I didn't know at the time. Seeing that I could buy these cosmetics for what seemed like incredibly cheap prices, I started buying everything they had. This included the following; - Aqua Diva Dress - 60 - Chinchiu Hat - 35 - E Sea Shellos Hat - 35 - Poliwirl Hat - 35 - Red Punk Jacket - 60 - W Sea Shellos Hat - 35 - Wooper Hat - 35 I'd have never brought these items if I had known they were costing event points, and since it was only not displayed to a visual glitch which was out of my control, and because the glitch is apparently known to moderators, I'd like for the cosmetic items to be removed from my inventory and for the event points to be refunded to my account. The only item I'm using currently is the Red Punk Jacket which I wouldn't mind keeping that on my account. I've included a screenshot showing it was never showing that it required event points. HELLO PRO TEAM STAFFS Earlier I misclicked the wrong mount on pve shop all of my saving for pve coins was supposed to buy a shiny metagross mount but instead I got the black absol mount. Normally I woudn't mind buying the misclick since the black absol mount since I saw it got a mega form but when I tried to evolve it there was no option. I really thought this black absol mount would mega evolve to this but it seems I was wrong I tried researching and asking some people how to obtain this but to no avail. I was wondering if black absol mount will get a mega evo form in the future I woudn't mind keeping the black absol mount for a little while. Or if not I was wondering if I would kindly get a refund. I would really appreciate a feedback for this. Thank you in advance

Hi so I was under the impression Xmas Zorua recolor meant it recolored base skin and I never knew there was an event form given out years ago. I ended up buying the Chroma thinking it would recolor my base and now I can't even acquire the Xmas form even if I wanted too. Is there any confirmation whether you will re-add the skin because if not I don't want to gamble waiting a year, I would prefer a refund on the 700 Event Coins spent on it. Unless some CC can confirm whether I can acquire the Xmas form to use it.
