Turn your volume up. Step on the mushroom tile and interact with it. You should hear a cry of paras.

Step 1: speak to the Mayor in Breezy Town house 1 and select option 3.

Step 2: go the Mayor's shelf and interact with his book.

Step 3: Interact with the rock which will ask you to find the cry of 6 pokemon.

You only need to interact with 2 of these. In the images below I will show you the easiest location.

Top left near the rock. This will give the cry of Paras.

Top Right near the Gracidea location. This will give you the cry of Bellossom.

 

Note: You need to be on the Circled tile then interact. Turn on the volume just to be safe that you have completed this part

 

Step 4: You then need to make the team which is in the image below (Does not have to be OT). Note: At least one of these pokemon should know the move magical leaf.

Step 5: Have minimum 100 Oran berries.
