Guide is now being updated with respawn times: no exact times will be given (they sometimes change for some reason) but it will be specified if they respawn or not.

All Kanto zones have been checked and given their respective cooldown times. All Kanto side areas too.

There's a Rare Candy that you can grab next to it and it is respawnable.

Fixed and updated the guide with new respawns. Sinnoh post E4 respawns still need checking (and specific spawns). Bump :)

Updated: I found another rare candy in Granite Cave. I don't even know how lol.

After an entire year, the guide has been reworked and revisited. I still am unclear about the real Hidden Item locations for Sinnoh post Elite Four items.

However, I now made the guide fun to read. I hope you enjoy it! :)

Nice guide bhim! Thanks for specifying the items cooldowns as well  If its possible can you also specify the Sinnoh items if they have cooldowns or not

From what I've seen: Sinnoh items seem to not respawn (the Twinleaf Rare Candy might respawn though). Some are just weird: the Rare Candy in 218 does not respawn for some reason. Most of them should, but they don't.

 

I'm also intrigued to fix the post Sinnoh E4 Hidden Items. I don't know if they're 100% right yet.
