    From what I've seen: Sinnoh items seem to not respawn (the Twinleaf Rare Candy might respawn though). Some are just weird: the Rare Candy in 218 does not respawn for some reason. Most of them should,

    Guide is now being updated with respawn times: no exact times will be given (they sometimes change for some reason) but it will be specified if they respawn or not.

the nugget spawn in seafoam b4f was different for me:

Are you sure that the Rare Candy next to the tree in Viridian Forest is respawn able? I can't seem to find it...
