After getting what I initially came for, I went to check what the stats was like on the shiny and to my surprise, it was still in it's normal form. Hope this can be sorted out & thanks in advance. That is not a shiny with normal sprite, the ? and ! form of unown is a rare form so for that you get the message of a rare encounter when you fight him.
