I thought about a couple of ideas for different mounts that could be added

 

Land Mounts:

Galvantula (I would buy this one in a heartbeat)

Metagross

Motorcycle

 

Surfing Mounts:

Raft

Lotad

Blastoise (or anyone from that evolution line if it's easier)

Player Swimming (honestly not sure if it can work but figured I'd mention anyway)

 

Figured other people would also have some ideas too

Kinda curious to see what you guys come up with

metagross as well as shiny metagross are already in the game

I could see them with a motorbike mount, seeing as there already are some NPC's that ride a motorbike, but it would also be similar to the regular bike, so i'll have a neutral opinion on that

I like the Gavantula mount idea, Dragonite mount would be cool.

Metagross is already in the game. I'd LOVE the Colosseum bike SO MUCH though. And the scooter from XD too.
