If you talking about abilitys such as Honey gather and Compound Eyes then they are intentionally left uncoded due to balance issues

I wish some of them would be coded, but they'd be too broken.

Some abilities have overworld effect affect spawns, and I think that's why their overworld effect are not coded.

 

But there are a few others that I think could have been enabled without disrupting balance......like Pickup for example. It doesn't need to use the official Pickup table, just make a new one with only low tier items like Poke Ball, Oran Berry, Lum Berry, Repel, and Potion.

 

Honey Gather also won't do a huge disruption if coded, it's just gathering Honey after battle.
