August 22, 20205 yr You could just work on a way to counter it better with your team, if he's such a threat then your team lacks something the poke in itself is fine for pvp, he already has many counters, special fire types can't be stopped by it, and neither can things like shadow ball and dark pulse, and if you get a knock off on it then it loses its methods of recovery, if played with leftovers. If they ban only kings shield the whole pokemon will be ruined anyway, it won't be able to turn back to shield form..so anything is fine, ban the whole pokemon or just kings shield...but please fast the answer to this is that the poke in itself is basically played in only a couple of ways, you can play it like fully offense, or fully defense, and it wont be affected by stance change, so in the end there are still ways to play around kings shield being banned
