So i traded not realizing region locks were a thing and i got 2 pokemon from the trade but they are stuck in my pc

Hey I've traded my Pokemon to my friend but he fucked up and went into hoenn, so now my mons are region locked.

I've already made a forum post where I have his agreement that I can have them back, I will link it down below.

Hello,
My name is Leon and I wanted to help a guy named Quantingnide with trade evolution in Jotho. I only have 4 badges and didn't thought anything could go wrong until the moment i wanted to trade them back and couldn't add them to the party. The pokemon are in my pc but have to go back to Quantingnide. I felt real bad when i noticed what happend. Please help us. We are playing on the silver server.
