It ended up being region locked and I just gave him a cascoon for it. We apologise that we won't be reverting the trade as it will be unfair for the other player as well. I did not realize that If I had traded it, it would be locked from trading. Is it possible to send this poke back to the owner/ot? I didn't record the trade but he can confirm. I do have a screenshot of the Pokémon info + the trade agreement in a global chat (in French though) if it can be of any help.
