Are you sure you connected to the correct server? Try to restart your client and choose the correct server (Gold/Silver).

If that is not the issue could it be that you are a returning player and havent played on your account for a long time? If that is the case make sure to merge your account on the dashboard.

Hello @awesome56.

 

It looks like your progress is intact on the Gold server. Is there any particular reason you think it was deleted? Or did you perhaps mistakenly log into the Silver server?

I connected in silver server,but i connected in  gold server days later.I returned to the game because my PC is better now.But when i returned I played the game normally.It was after that the game didnt let me enter
