Hi my account got reset recently. I can log in. Character can face up down left right but cannot move at all. Chat is working fine as well. Resync doesnt work, also tried to restart and login a few time also doesnt work. please help thanks.

Try double clicking on the screen and try moving. Whenever I got stuck like this, double click fixes my problem. Maybe it helps you?

My other account have no issue only this account. I dont think it's the client problem. Probably because my account just got reset then it's stuck?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the late reply.
Please follow this procedure and let me if it works.
1. Open the console with F2 or from mobile through the settings.
2. Type Clean reg and enter
