You will get the Gengar clothes after beating Umbra in the special mode.
Normal = Gengarite, hard = locked IV reroll, special = gengar clothes.

I've made a mistake on your question before.
You cannot get the shiny clothes this year as it's exclusive to 2020.
Some people may get the shiny clothes this year because there was a bug which happened in 2020 when they didn't get the shiny clothes.

The normal Mega Gengar Clothes can be gained after you've beaten the special mode.
