You might have already done that by accident, so you should also go check the TV in the starter house for this message: Spoiler Also, are you following this guide? If not, I recommend doing so. I just can see NPC called Maddie, Ben, and Youngster Elvis on Littleroot Town. I send chat box when I try talking to TV (picture 1). Which means you didnt find it during the Jirachi quest.
