As you can check i have fight all 3 legenderys i have won all legenderys (i think cause i fight them before a long time arcues-dialga-palkia) and i won azelf-uxie-mesprit right before like 1hour and less! i have the seen data anyway but the girl at sandgem town tell me this '' how it goes'' i have photos with proof you can help you for you can help me! Hope find the reason why this happend as soon as posible cause ineed catch it for this season pvp thanks!

Have you checked the guide step-by-step? Maybe you missed a part. You could have the seen-data of the pokemon from another source than the needed step on the quest.
