Does anyone know where this place is, I think I got a different clue from the people I saw from their videos or threads.

I hope someone or mods can help me solve this

I couldn't find it on any other guide or the wiki page either, it must be a new one. Have you tried Lavaridge?

I've tried to contact all the npc in lavaridge town, I also got advice from several people before.

Maybe I'll try one more time

Hello. Sorry for the late response. The thread got lost amongst the other topics.

 

Generally, we don’t give out the exact answers because it would take away from the experience of playing the game. It would also be unfair to other players who has to do it themselves. But, most importantly, it would be disrespectful to the work our content team put into the quests. 
 

I can give you a hint, however. The NPC is not in Hoenn. Hopefully that helps.
