Guys, use a Starmie he can out speed all pokèmon (252 spATK 252 speed)(EVS)

With: Surf, Psychic, Thunderbolt, IceBeam.

Thurberbolt > Lorelei.

Psychic > Bruno/Agatha

Icebeam > Lance

Surf > Onix(Bruno) or any Pokèmon of Gary
