Nice to know. Too bad after I beat the E4 and went to Fight Gary it Glitched, sent me back to the Lobby and I have to do it all over again.

 

No Reembursment because I apparently need to know that it's in beta and Glitches happen.

I've been wandering around Seafoam B4F for ages trying to find the Icy Wind tutor, it's the last move I need but I can't find the tutor at all. I feel like I'm missing something but this place is like a maze.

I thought he was a trainer so I was avoiding him.
