You have to lose 1 fight with Hoopa ^^ Hope it helps

    I still don't understand where I do wrong about steps: First( talk to Meray for quest defeat 1,2 NPC, help oldman & old lady, defeat 3rd NPC, talk to Luciana, help Meray on mountain, defeat 4 & last NPC

     

    2nd( talk to Meray for quest defeat 1,2 NPC, help oldman & old lady, defeat 3rd NPC, talk to Luciana, help Meray on mountain, someone suggest need 1 loss to complete, so 4 NPC defeat me & hoopa

     

    I completed 13-16 mins still repeat (quest 20mins time limit)
