Caprifame
Hello, I would like to suggest that when you face an opponent in random battle, the Pokemon that are being sent out should be uncovered in your Pokedex. I sometimes struggle with typings of newer, unreleased Pokemon, like some more niche ultrabeast, or Necrozma Dawn Wings. Checking them in the Pokedex would help a lot when you play on your phone, at least seeing the typing would help a ton, since I cant just open google without risking my app closing. The Pokemon should obviously be covered again in the Pokedex after the randombattle. Alternatively, clicking on a Pokemon from the enemy team could open a different, fully uncovered Pokedex so you can see the typing and stats. Another alternative would be to have the Pokedex show typings even for uncovered Pokemon. Thank you for considering my suggestion and have a nice day. Fairview
+1, makes it more fair for phone pvpers. I like the idea of the side/team interface could open up the dex page of that mon when you click it. With the upcoming random update which adds even more unreleased sets you can open their pages, however you can't see their typing or stats. Xouman
+1 Having full dex data just during random battles will be useful, because we often have to google/search these never seen pokes,it takes time so it slows the flow of battles for everyone. Developer Eaty Posted 2 hours ago Developer Share Posted 2 hours ago I absolutely see the usefulness of this and agree that it’s a good idea. But it’s not that simple from a technical standpoint with how the Pokedex is currently implemented. It would require a bigger rework, and right now I just don’t have the time for that. I’m also not sure if I’ll have the time and motivation for it in the future.
