Here are the list, with an explanation included:

Last Resort (Doesn't have a restriction of being used).

Drain Punch (Visually bugged).

[glow=red]Sleep Talk whilst awake (Doesn't consume PP, if you see the opponent not using a move while awake, it's this).[/glow]

If you run out of PP on your other moves and are forced to use Sleep Talk while awake please take screenshots.

Fly and Gale Wings (Fly gets priority in its first phase and looses this priority in its second phase).

actually it is pretty clear, you are not allowed to use the move "sleep talk" when you are not sleeping

Can we get a clarification as to why arena trap has been considered to be non-bannable in it's current form?

It's significantly stronger than intended and can potentially be the decisive factor in the outcome of a match.

The issue was explained already, and Daeon said it pretty clear if there will be changes in that matter she will step down, and hell I rather have some salty guys crying instead of seeing her step down.

 

It's ridiculous. I feel that passionately, that I feel comfortable saying publicly also, that if any changes are made to Staff Pokemon and their Rules in any form to devalue, sacrifice or otherwise chastise their rewards, I will leave Staff and that is it.

 

It was later decided to keep things as they are and Daeon updated you about it.
